Goal

Through cooperation between the government, citizens, and the private sector, the main objective is to create conditions for people to live in a healthy, safe, and clean environment; to ensure broad participation; to develop a mobile application that enables citizens to monitor, participate in, and provide feedback on the activities of homeowners’ associations (HOAs), waste management, and urban landscaping; to deliver training and advocacy activities online; and to openly and promptly provide the public with educational information as well as government policies and decisions.
